should have put that they built/own the units i work in and our roof sounds like it's getting ready to depart the building..........

The defects periods for a building is normally 12 months (contract dependent) and will be covered FOC. Shocking though as it is literally brand new!

Maybe it was a job being done Friday aternoon one day and was a little rushed as the guys wanted to get off!! Missing a few rivets or bolts out, oh dear!  Embarrassed Roll Eyes

I remember many many years ago something similar happened at Knowsley Road during a game v The Wire.  A piece of the old corrugated stuff flew off the roof and just missed Gary Mercers head and embedded itself in the turf.  The game was halted for a while, then continued.  Cant remember the result ot the year, but I do remember the incident well.
