After speaking to Widnes, they say that the Under 18s games will be played on a Saturday (same as the Under 15s and 16s), but this has not yet been confirmed. The Under 20s will be playing some (if not all) of their home games as curtain-raisers for the first team. I have emailed the RFL asking when the Under 18s fixtures are to be announced, I will let you know what they say. Hope this helps.

There is a meeting at the RFL next Wednesday (18th January) to discuss the Under 18s fixtures, so they will be released some time after that.
