Bit of a shame. Always enjoyed watching Solomona, ever since he was at Wakey. Size of a prop, hands of a half. Not going to be easy for him to get up to fitness with the size and age of him.

Following on from that http://www.loverugbyleague.com/news_6846-adverse-weather-accounts-for-friendlies.html

"In other news Rochdale Hornets Under-23 clash against Warrington Wizards was abandoned following a serious injury to a young Hornets player."

From whats been said on https://twitter.com/#!/Mayfield_RL "speedy recovery to Jamie Trantum of Rochdale Hornets Under 23s. Triple lower leg break in game today."

As that says, hope they both recover quickly and don't have any complications and get back to playing for the sides soon.

According to Wiki, Solomona will be 34 on 26th Jan
The story of his broken leg on Sky has him down as 31.....

Always a shame when ever any player get's injured so hope both Solomona and the lad in the Rochdale game are back playing asap.

However this was funny...

Was interested to see how Solomona went this year with the decrease in interchanges. He's a very talented player but at Wire he only has to do 10-15 min stints trying to break down a defence with probably the quickest play the ball in the league at Wire... how would he go having to do 20/30 min spells more often?
