Just posted on BBC sport website that London Irish lost over £1m last year.

Good to see the development officer so upbeat claiming that they are moving in the right direction after the preceding years losses of £2m+.

Makes you wonder if the other premier league teams are struggling and how long they can carry on paying out for imported 'stars'.

Man city lost £194 m last year but they're not exactly struggling, it all depends who the backers are and how deep their pockets are
