Thought their defence was good, just too many errors with ball in hand..
I wonder if finnegan and coyle had trained with the team beforehand ?? Looked like a lot of the team didn't quite know what was happening when finnegan had the ball  in attack...
Jack smith looks heavier than last year.... Noticed he was blowing after only 10 mins in.
Hope he can last when the season starts, with having less interchanges this season they might struggle to use him...  Which is a shame as he is a great player !

Finnegan, Coylel and Davies had not trained with the team. Jack will be fine when he gets some match fitness, he is a great impact player and offers something really different to the team, he is never going to play 80 minutes like Alex Gerrard.

Yes. I agree...he is a good impact player..
Just worried that after one or two runs he seemed to be struggling... And with the first game next week....
Think this under 20's will be a lot faster and harder.....
And would have thought they would have pre season trained to suit....

We will see......

For his age he is overweight and needs a good diet.He must drink and eat badly. Cheesy
