None on ApolloBet either.

Some for Bet365 and SkyBet on here though chief, but only for the handicap:

We are 8's with Skybet to beat Huddersfield on Sunday. Not bad odds if you ask me for a two horse race. I'm inclined to follow us all season if I'm seeing such generous odds - I guess the worst I could lose all season 250 but 3 away wins if I get similar odds and I'm virtually up. Worth a tenner a game or better to sticking with the handicap?   Undecided

I think you would be better sticking to wins. Like you say it wouldn't take that many & I think they will be in for a few hidings as the season goes on.

If you go on the handicap you would need to get 14 out of 27 to break even, maybe 15 as they normally give you 10/11 or 5/6, and you will now need 14/15 out of 26 I suspect!! Can't see them doing that as I previously said there will be a few "taterings" IMO.

Hudds & Stains look decent bets but not sure about Catalans Dave!
What is the start in the Wigan Leeds match? Wigan to bounce back with Leeds 1 eye on the WCC I reckon.

Think Wigan were -4.

Catalans a top side, they are my outside tip this season!

Cheers TS, I think I will take the match odds and play the percentages for now. I think we might get some relatively generous odds with us being somewhat an unknown quantity at this stage. Defo throwing a tenner on us though this weekend.  Cool

I agree, and think they will win. I just think having to win by 3 converted tries might be few too many against Hull, especially after their good result last week!

Not sure what site you use on Mr Widnes but I suggest that if you are betting on Widnes each week, where a lot of the time they will be outsiders you should do it on Betfair (Other bookies available  Grin ) as someone will always give massive odds (compared to regular bookies) on them.

Cheers ace, I might just have a crack at that - I'm a betfair virgin though, is it easy to use? I don't need to commit myself to offering any odds to people do I?

Never used it myself, looks a bit weird but no. You can choose to bet or lay. You don't have to do both! I'm sure there will be a tutorial on there if you are struggling.

-8 for Cats looks a lot closer to what it will be IMO!!

I think Stains, Wigan & Cas on the handicap. Which matches are on the box?

I think Stains, Wigan & Cas on the handicap. Which matches are on the box?
Saints v Salford on Friday
Wigan v Leeds on Saturday

I've gone for (handicap) Salford, Catalans, Widnes, Cas and (match bet) Wigan, Warrington, Wakefield.   All on as an accumulator roughly 35/1.

Think Saints could struggle with the injuries they have and the heart as ruled the head with our game.

I expect Cas to batter Bradford as well.  Any alternative handicaps knocking about yet?
