He cant blame the pitch for his inability to tackle below the neck, pass the ball or giving countless penalties away

I wasn't impressed with it.  It doesn't seem to allow the ball much bounce, and I hope its just the weather but the players looked like they were having a hard time stopping and turning on it (same for both teams but still not ideal!)

the ball often just stopped dead!

Looked good and from a spectator's viewpoint I totally forgot it was not real grass, but noticed several very bloody elbows and knees.
