some people never received their cards this week and they werent at the club to be collected when they arrived tonight. The club didnt forget to take the monthly money tho. Embarrassed

They had to wait 20 mins for someone to check they were actually members of the scheme and then print the cards. I realise they got them in the end, but standing in the cold for 20 mins while 4 or 5 people continually ask the same people their names to clarify who they are, then not have the cards, then wait a bit longer was a complete joke. Most had been in since the start of the scheme so no excuse in being missed off the list. Were their names also missed off the shirts too?

so hardly the nightmare end of the world scenario eh?

what about well done to the staff at the club reacting fast to stronghold male-chicken up enabling fans without cards to get in the ground on time? all in 20 mins...
