Thought the atmosphere was great until we kicked off and then we just went quiet.

The atmosphere was killed by James Michael 'the first cut is the deepest' 60 secs before team entrance, come on FFS

Maybe he was singing about the cuts from the artificial pitch.

It didn't sound flat on the tv and from my mates who were there it was very loud according to them.

I'm all for creating a good atmosphere, but when will the Wire-fan with the drum realise that battering the skin of his instrument will not put the kicker off.
Please give our ear drums a rest after the opposition score, as it will be quite frequent this next 3 years.
Cheers Pops

Thought the atmosphere was flat tonight. I guess after so long have having nothing to shout at or too. It will take time to get back into it.

The crew in the North West corner make an effort, but they need to have the balls to move into the middle of the North Stand if they want to encourage more fans to join in. If a corner is so important to them, then the North East would be a more sensible option as it allows banter with the away support.
