14-10 after 59 mins,
....sadly it is an 80 minute ball game
14-10 after two missed cons, then daft penalty for a ball steal from white on 59 mins, mathers scores from the next play!!!
Cross sin binned!!! heads drop!!! tiredness and then let wakey run away with it!!!!
All you doubters remember we had watts, kite,phelps, briscoe missing!!!
Long season but lots of positives¬!!! wakey will upset a few of the top teams this year!!!

No positives at all mate - was our 2nd easiest game of the year and we shipped far too many points.. We are poorly coached and again recruited poorly...

We had 18 ish tackles on there line and the most creativity we showed was a stutter and a scrappy offload ! We had no set patterns... No one knew what the person inside them was gonna do..It was very dis-jointed.. Betts' scarf was a disgrace as well...

Come on why so positive 18 new players and more trauma than us re getting in sl and they looked a gelled and aggressive unit we looked poor and aimless |

Get real. If you can do better, get down there and show everybody instead of spouting rubbish on here. It is a 27 gmae season and we will improve as the season goes on. Nobody expected us to lead the table from the off and I do not expect us to be even in the top half until season 2 and 3. |

Who's the easiest game? Get a reality check pal. Lots of positives and the scoreline flattered them! They probably just edged the game until the binning. Go watch it again. Did Betts give penalties away? We looked very enterprising early on but after they made it 6-4 we went into our shells. Knowing Widnes we will beat Huddersfield next week and then lose to Salford. |

just finishing watching the match back and agree with the 59 minute mark. From there our defence was wide and Mathers, Fox and Smiths tries were all via holes in the defensive line - this should be easily rectified during training, and things will only improve - and of course we had Ben Cross missing for 10 of those minutes which wouldn't have helped defensive lines/ Onwards and upwards is the way!  Wiiiiidnesssss!!! |

Sums it up for me I'm afraid. They were is a pretty similar situation to us in regards to the number of new players and new coach but they looked like they had trained and played together. Had set plays and looked more interested in winning this game for me. Surely we can have set moves that the whole squad knows and not rely on have player X, Y OR Z on the pitch to put it into practice? Disappointed it was a game we could of won but we didn't show enough to do that. They did and they get a bit of confidence from that we have to look again at our game options and cut out the ill discipline. |
