Dunno, watching on TV now!

Damn that Sky 'margin meter'!!

Just up to video ref of Winterstein try -  commentators all gave it, images blurred at best - benefit of doubt should have applied!

No doubt on another day with another ref that would have been given.

Yes he was, there is a hatch and ladders next to our box, him and Watts charged past us coming back from the bar so not to miss KO

Raleigh try looks an injustice as benefit of doubt compared to Winterstein...

I am just trying to upload a clip to youtube that clearly shows the ball hit the underside of his arm, then hits the floor, don't know how the vid ref didn't see.....?

thanks had heard a commotion up there, now I know it isn't anything to worry about in future!  Thought a Milk Tray man was gonna come crashing through the roof!!
Watts was outside a box at Craven's try - showed him with Briscoe.....bet he wished he had stayed there 2nd half. he looked frozen!!  Cheesy

I agree, it was his first contact with the ball.

Video ref might not have lost us the game considering indiscipline, but he certainly contributed to a scoreline which flattered Wakefield.

63 minutes - penalty for tackle on Amor - didn't see why then, don't see why now!
Key decision to the turn in momentum for me - we were playing catchup from then on, discipline worsened, all downhill from here!

Up to that point, quite happy with performance.

Can't fault the players for effort. Betts simply is not up to the job. At half time he should have stopped the indiscipline there and then. Hanbury kept kicking the ball down Fox's throat all game. Poor tactics he simply is not good enough. Sorry to say.

Just how do you propose he does this? Do you think he wants them to give penalties away? Do you think he doesn't say don't do it? He isn't the 1 who gives the penalties away!! What do you want the guy to do?  Huh

Half time pen count was 5 all, which was a fair reflectin I thought
That one on Amor was a complete disgrace..... As was the "high tackle" he gave on Cross on the last tackle, just before they kicked through, player stepped him and ducked under the tackle, nothing in it at all, yet gave them another repeat set in our 20

Can't agree with that after the first game.

Just watched the game on TV and as gutted by the end as I was last night!

Indiscipline from Cross, Pickers and Moore (should I also include Davies?) cost us that game. I've no doubt.
Add this to absences through injury and those not in country and there are clear contributory factors to the defeat.
Video ref got two, maybe three decisions wrong which made for a scoreline which not only flattered Wakey, but gave them the confidence and motivation to push on.

After this game, Wakey go their next match possibly over-confident in their ability - they will struggle to make yards with that underweight pack. We will go on to beat better teams than Wakey this year and I am confident we will finish ahead of them in the league.

Very confident.

Ps - how strange that the commentary team didn't notice the absence of Clarke in 2nd half??!
